Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.

We are looking for a marketing champion to drive customer retention across all channels – CRM, Loyalty Programmes, Digital Paid, SMS, Push etc. This role will have an add-on responsibility of customer & brand research.

We will be building the retention tech and frameworks in-house – so creativity, analytical thinking, team management is all needed. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves”  and “go-getter” attitude.

The incumbent must have a strong understanding of consumer insights, customer personas,  CRM, Customer Retention and Engagement.

This position will be tasked with four main objectives:

  1. Develop & execute customer retention campaign
  2. Develop & manage customer loyalty campaigns/ programs
  3. Monitor, Measure, Report and Optimize customer retention activities
  4. Develop and execute customer/ brand research initiatives


Entrepreneurial Spirit: Live and breathe the business. Experience in scaled startups is a plus.
